Broadfern Advisory Ltd was founded to provide specialist guidance to healthcare providers facing complex industry demands. Our mission is to empower organisations with strategic insights, operational expertise and advisory support improving patient care and business performance. Meet Our Founder
James Sumner has built a career leading large NHS organisations through change, integration and improvement.
After 27 years in the NHS and most recently as Chief Executive of a £1.7bn scale major hospital Group, James has a deep understanding of UK Heallth Policy, Leadership, sector partnerships and what it takes to build successful organisations.
In addition to Broadfern, James is Executive Partner at Strasys UK who provide Data Driven Solutions for Governments and Healthcare institutions and is also a Non Executive Director on the Board of the Northern Healthcare Science Alliance (NHSA), a non-profit focused on Research and Innovation across the North of England.
