Broadfern Advisory Ltd was founded to provide specialist advisory services to healthcare providers, private equity companies and businesses trying to work within the public or private Healthcare industry. Our mission is to empower organisations with strategic insights, operational expertise and advisory support improving patient care and business performance. Meet Our Founder
James Sumner has built a career leading large NHS organisations through change, integration and improvement.
After nearly 30 years in the NHS and most recently as Chief Executive of a £1.7bn, 20,000 staff scale hospital Group, James has a deep understanding of UK Health Policy, Leadership, sector partnerships and what it takes to build successful organisations.
James is also an Executive Partner at Strasys UK who provide Data Driven Solutions for Governments and Healthcare institutions, a Strategic Advisor to Hunter Healthcare a fast growing Healthcare Consultancy and a Non Executive Director of the Northern Healthcare Science Alliance (NHSA), a non-profit focused on Research and Innovation across the North of England.
